Hae San Martial Arts Association |
|
The Hae San Martial Arts Association was founded in Macon, Georgia in the early part of 1985 by Grandmaster Eung Choon Ahn. The Hae San Association follows strictly to the guidelines and principles of the International Tae Kwon Do Federation. These guidelines include the teaching of the original traditional forms, traditional etiquette practices, and standard operating procedures that stem directly from the original forefather and founder of the International Tae Kwon Do Federation, General Choi Hong Hi of Korea. Grandmaster Ahn was personally trained by General Choi Hong Hi and was a personal friend. General Choi hand-selected Grandmaster Ahn to spread the teachings of this traditional Tae Kwon Do to others in the United States, and with this great blessing and great responsibility given to Grandmaster Ahn by General Choi, the HMAA(Hae San Martial Arts Association) was created. The HMAA has thousands of members stretching far across the United States. The HMAA is known for its commitment to discipline and for providing superior martial art instruction following the guidelines of traditional ITF (International Tae Kwon Do Federation) regulations. This is why over the many years of our existence we have never once changed from the original foundation set by General Choi. All of our instructors are nationally certified through the HMAA headquarters based out of Macon, Georgia and personally overseen by Grandmaster Ahn himself. We welcome you to the HMAA and look forward to years and years of teaching and training under great leadership such as Grandmaster Ahn and his many master instructors who make the Hae San Martial Arts Association "Number 1"!
